The goal of this project is to define a high-level architecture for the WSMR enterprise testbed that will coordinate the joint usage of the radio spectrum for communications and radar system applications among others. For this purpose we will define the methodology to (1) identify and classify spectral users, and (2) optimally assign and reassign spectral resource allocations. We will also consider different scenario models to test the effectiveness of the proposed architecture. Finally the proposal will recommend a high level network architecture and tools to create a backbone similar to telecom service providers allowing the leverage of existing technologies.
