This project will investigate the applicability of the concentrate enhanced recovery reverse osmosis (CERRO) process for reduced disposal volume of wastewater during tile quenching operations. Wastewater will be collected from a local tile quenching operation and passed through an ultrafiltration cartridge filter prior to batch treatment via a seawater reverse osmosis system.
