This three-year project examines the early college high school initiative in El Paso, with the primary focus on a high-needs student population. The study is a mixed-methods comparative case study that explores the implementation of three types of early colleges: those located on community campuses, those located on stand-alone campuses, and those established within comprehensive high schools.
