Shoshanna Schechter-Shaffin
Lecturer, Humanities (See Western Cultural Heritage Program)

As a university level instructor for the past four years, I have had the unbelievable opportunity to share my passions, interests, and excitement for Religious Studies and Women’s/Gender Studies with a highly diverse group of students at Randolph-Macon College. Having taught at all levels and for students from a variety of backgrounds, I see all of my courses as an opportunity to not only deeply engage the students in the course materials, but to also improve their public speaking, writing, and research skills. I am highly focused on connecting with my students on a personal level and helping them gain the skills that they need to be successful in their future life endeavors.
