The Water Research Group draws research expertise and resources together to advance the interdisciplinary research capacity on various aspects of water research such as: monitoring water quantity and quality, developing advanced water treatment technologies, assessing public health risk, assessing environmental impacts, and conducting outreach/education as well as literacy.
We aspire to collaborate and share resources with researchers across the U.S. and other nations to study water quality issues on local, regional, and global scales.

The Water Research Group will be recognized regionally and nationally as the distinguished group for research and education related to water issues in the Southwest.
