This project aims to explore the connections between Mexican Indigenous Knowledge, Chicana Identity, and Philosophy for Children through teaching, learning and collaborative scholarship. To this end, we will hold an interactive, one-day workshop on these themes for approximately 40 undergraduate and graduate students at the University of Texas at El Paso (UTEP) who are involved in the UTEP Philosophy for Children in the Borderlands program.
