This project evaluates the T3 training program of Polis Solutions, used for building the social interaction skill sets of police officers to reduce conflict and the use of force in police-citizen encounters. The proposed study will be jointly conducted by researchers from UTEP, the University of South Carolina, and a partnership with the Tucson, Arizona Police Department, and Fayetteville, North Carolina Police Department.
