Aldo Amparán is the author of BROTHER SLEEP (Alice James Books, 2022), winner of the Alice James Award. He is a 2019 CantoMundo Fellow & has multiple nomination for the Pushcart Prize & Best New Poets. His work has appeared in AGNI, Black Warrior Reivew, Gulf Coast, Kenyon Review Online, The Normal School, Poetry Northwest, & elsewhere. He holds a BA in English & American Literature & an MFA in Creative Writing from The University of Texas at El Paso, where he teaches. |
