Ms. Diana L. Esparza, M.M. a native of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua, México, earned a bachelor and master degrees in Music Education and Vocal Performance from The University of Texas at El Paso.Ms. Esparza’s international teaching experience spans from middle school to the university level. Most notably is her decade of teaching at Universida Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez (UACJ). While at UACJ, she had the privilege of preparing the opera choruses of Madama Butterfly, La Traviata, L’Elsire d’amore, as well as choral productions like Beethoven’s 9th Symphony and other Opera Gala concerts with guest artists from the Mexican Opera scene. She led the background vocals for Sarah Brightman’s concert in Ciudad Juárez for the Festival Internacional Chihuahua. In 2016 she joined The University of Texas at El Paso as a full time lecturer in voice where she participates in many different teaching and performing events. Most notably were her participations in Zarzuela y Sevillanas! Arias and dances from Spain, Music Unwound, Flute Festival, Clarinet day, Song Festival and the Spanish Language Song Competition.
