Kristopher Yeager's research interest is in the area of individualized transition planning for youth with disabilities in public school settings. In his research, he has conducted mixed-methods studies involving transition assessment, social support assessments, and interviews with high school students with emotional and behavioral disabilities. He is passionate about amplifying student voices to guide researchers and teachers in developing culturally relevant supports, interventions, and curricula to increase student access to postsecondary education, employment, and/or independent living.
