Misty C Duke
Assistant Professor, Criminal Justice - Intelligence and National Security Studies - Psychology

Dr. Duke's areas of research and interest include investigative interviewing and interrogations, decision-making and quantitative methods for intelligence analysis, and social engineering methods for disrupting cyber security. In 2015, Dr. Duke led a grant-funded research team to study interrogation techniques listed in the Army Field Manual, which was published in 2018. In 2017, she published an article about her development of a measure of rapport in investigative interviews. Dr. Duke has presented her research at several workshops and conferences. She is currently working on a grant funded by the FBI.
