Matthew D Griffith
Assistant Professor, Marketing and Management

Dr. Griffith’s research expertise exists in two fields: (1) management and organizational behavior, and (2) research methods and data analysis. His research in management primarily revolves around ethical and unethical workplace behavior. He studies causes of honesty and dishonesty of employees at work as well as the causes and effects leader’s ethical behavior. He also studies various forms of interpersonal mistreatment and other deviant workplace behavior such as abusive supervision. His other research revolves around research methodology, measurement, and analysis. He is particularly interested in structural equation modeling and techniques for examining phenomena over time. He is currently working on comparing missing data methods in SEM-based longitudinal models.
