Dr. Vidyarthi's research interest focus in organizational behavior including the topics of leadership, idiosyncratic deals, employee overqualification, employment relationship, cross-cultural issues and multi-level issues. Dr. Vidyarthi has published his work in journals such as Academy of Management Journal (AMJ), Journal of Applied Psychology (JAP), Leadership Quarterly (LQ), and Annual Review of Organizational Psychology and Organizational Behavior.
