Ruby Lynch-Arroyo is passionate about preparing teachers for the 21st century student in roles as facilitators and advocates for learning. Her research is focused in the areas of: complexity theory & inservice & preservice teacher & student disposition/positioning toward mathematics, mathematics teaching, & mathematics learning; gender and mathematics; comparative international teacher affective disposition toward mathematics, mathematics learning and mathematics teaching; and facilitating learning through technology integration and curriculum planning.
