This year and for the first time, UTEP has been selected to represent the El Paso Community at The Global Entrepreneurship Week (GEW), which is a massive celebration with multiple events featuring entrepreneurship across the world. This GEW will occur from November 8th to the 14th!

The Mike Loya Center for Innovation & Commerce is planning an event - She, The Entrepreneur Workshop - to empower and inspire women of El Paso to explore the path of entrepreneurship. Given that less than 30% of entrepreneurs in the USA are females, our goal is to raise awareness that females can also become successful entrepreneurs.
