The first cohort of the Smart Cities Dual Masters students, Martin Cirkov, Katerine Pitharova, Eliska Glaserova will be defending their master theses on May 11, 2022 at UTEP. Four professors from the Czech Technical University are coming to UTEP to participate in the examination in-person as members of the joint examination committee. They are Dr Andrej Privyl, Dean of Transportation Sciences, Dr Tomas Horak, Head of Transport Logistics, Dr Miroslav Svitek and Dr Petra Skalirova. The UTEP members of the committee will consists of Dr Kelvin Cheu, Dr Carlos Ferregut, Dr Jeff Weidner and Dr Meagan Kendall.
