Dr. Walker's research focuses on water and wastewater treatment technologies, especially membrane separations (e.g., reverse osmosis and electrodialysis) for high-recovery inland brackish desalination. His research interests include increasing water recovery, decreasing energy consumption, and recovering minerals/products from waste streams.
