Dr. Gutierrez-Jurado research interests are surface and groundwater hydrology, ecohydrology, GIS and remote sensing applications for water resources studies, hydrometeorology, hydrogeophysics, geomorphology, and field experiments for predicting and quantifying climatic-vegetation effects on the water cycle and their impacts on ecosystems.
