This collaborative project supports the treatment for and prevention of substance use disorders, including opioid use disorders, in the low access and high risk rural counties of Hudspeth, Culberson, Presidio, Brewster and Jeff Davis located on the U.S.-Mexico border in the southwestern region of the State of Texas.
