The Second Annual UTEP Interdisciplinary Research (IDR) Symposium will be held on Thursday and Friday, April 24 and 25. This year’s symposium seeks to build on the momentum of campus IDR activities that have included connection-building events and increased interest in interdisciplinary research funds. The 2014 UTEP IDR Symposium will include an opening reception with poster presentations by UTEP faculty and graduate students followed the next day by sessions on recognizing and rewarding interdisciplinary research. UTEP faculty, staff, and graduate students are invited to attend.
