How to add an external member to your community in Expertise Connector.

1. Login to Expertise Connector
2. Go to your community
3. Click on “Add Community Member”
4. Select “External Member” and be sure to click “Save” if everything previews correctly
*Note that the external member of your community will not have a personal profile page in Expertise Connector. Please copy and paste the web address for the external member’s profile page for their respective organization in the “Website URL” field below so that users are directed to that page when they click on the member’s name.
