The main goal of the project is to partner with The City College of New York in the establishment of the NOAA Cooperative Science Center (CSC) on Earth System Sciences and Remote Sensing Technology. In this project, UTEP will participate in recruiting, educating, graduating, and advancing NOAA sciences with a set of diverse students from UTEP.
