The goal of this planning grant is to complete initiation and planning phases for the Coalition for Innovation, Education and Research in Electrical and Computer Engineering at Hispanic Serving Institutions (ECE@HSI) program. Its overarching goal is broadening participation of Hispanic students in electrical and computer engineering with the community of academic institutions and stakeholders through addressing issues, applying evidence-based strategies, and providing students with technical and professional skills.
