This NTP authorizes The University of Texas at El Paso (Performing Agency) to assist the Materials and Tests Division (Receiving Agency) in investigating the stripping potential of asphalt mixtures containing field sands and analyzing legacy data to identify stripping patterns. This project will support IAC support management, stripping trends, pavement mixtures, early age rutting, and mixture design.
