Funding will be used to develop and deliver an intra-net based web mapping and information system to enhance geospatial data and information access, interrogation, and retrieval for the Fort Bliss Directorate of Public Works. This application will be developed utilizing an AGILE development strategy with regular and iterative feedback with CNMC. End-user functionality will include features such as zoom in/out, toggle layers on/off, go to place, coordinate, feature, point, basic and advanced (multi-criteria) search, print to pdf, measure distance, area, perimeter, buffer selected features, links to metadata, and disclaimer information (as provided by the contractor).
