Dr. Moya will coordinate efforts of two Community Health Outreach Specialists to increase HPV vaccinations throughout the El Paso border region through a community-based education program texting messaging reminder system (EdTech-HPV Intervention). Over the course of five years, the Specialists will gather participant recruitment data, administer the educational component of the intervention, and perform outcome evaluations to ensure program efficacy. The project focuses on parents of Mexican American children across four Ventanillas de Salud in El Paso, New York, Las Vegas, and Chicago.
