The UTEP - El Paso Independent School District Upward Bound (UB) Project will serve 92 students annually from six targeted high schools and will provide participants with academic instruction, tutoring and advising; and information on and assistance with financial aid and college programs and applications. Moreover, participants will be provided support for their diverse academic and non-cognitive needs to ensure persistence, success and graduation from high school upon completion of a rigorous program of study; and enrollment in and completion of college.
