The objective of this project is twofold: to advance scientific measurement and analysis of air quality in the Paso del Norte air basin using low-cost air sensors; and to foster binational technical exchange between regulatory agencies and research institutions in the region. This subaward agreement defines the grant deliverables for the Performing Parties, the University of Texas at El Paso and the Universidad Autónoma de Ciudad Juárez, to support technical research and exchange of air quality data between residents and government stakeholders of Ciudad Juárez, Chihuahua; El Paso, Texas; and Doáa Ana County, New Mexico.
