This collaborative research project with Carnegie Mellon University is to design, develop and characterize functional performance ohmic and rectifying contact metallizations with enhanced thermal stability to wideband gap oxides while the model system chosen is Ga2O3. To enhance the impact of the research collaboration, the investigators will host a Joint Research & Education Colloquium on Gallium Oxide and Related Materials at UTEP.
