UTEP will provide forensics and technical support to TXDOT for Forensic, Testing and Engineering Support for the Geotechnical, Soils and Aggregates Branch. UTEP will provide technical guidance and recommendations with regard to highway material inspection, material testing for construction and design activities along with related highway infrastructure procurement, design and construction activities.
