The University of Texas at El Paso is proposing to provide Targeted Topic Training for Confined space Safety to non - English speaking and vulnerable construction workers in the greater El Paso, Texas area. Training will be conducted in both a classroom format as well as in hands - on training at residential and commercial construction work sites.
