We are requesting $50,000 to be used to continue our studies aimed at better understanding the mechanisms by which our major drug target regulates prostate cancer cell growth and progression to severe disease to better inform future therapeutic targeting strategies, and to identify and characterize novel drivers of prostate cancer genesis and progression that will represent new drug targets and pathways to pursue.
