The UTEP National Security Studies Institute-An Intelligence Community Center for Academic Excellence- will establish an Intelligence and National Security Studies Undergraduate Scholarship and Graduate Fellowship Fund for UTEP students who are interested in pursuing careers in the Intelligence Community.
