The Literacy for Engineering Access and Participation (LEAP) Conference will bring together experts in the fields of literacy education, engineering, and education to broaden participation of underrepresented minorities in engineering. The conference includes scholars from four institutions, including Technical Education Research Centers (TERC), Utah State University, Angelo State University, and UTEP.
