Participation in a National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) geologic mapping team supports the development of processes and standards for campaign-style geologic mapping of selected lunar regions. Work will produce geologic map products for areas of the moon that support the Artemis program in both scientific and operational contexts, including mission planning and scientific investigation. The effort includes one year of coordinated work with NASA and the United States Geological Survey.
