To promote the sharing of best practices in undergraduate STEM research among LSAMP directors and coordinators engage national-award mentorship recipients for the purpose of enhancing knowledge-sharing interactions with junior STEM faculty and graduate students in the LSAMP community and bring together LSRCE directors to enhance their dissemination efforts within and outside the LSAMP community.
