Dr. Shane Walker (Civil Engineering) is collaborating with Dr. Lind at Arizona State University on a research project funded by the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation to model and demonstrate pervaporation technology for enhanced recovery and concentrate minimization of inland brackish groundwater desalination. Dr. Walker and Dr. Lind are both members of the NSF-funded Nanotechnology-Enabled Water Treatment (NEWT) Nanosystems Engineering Research Center.
