This research project will conduct bioinformatics analyses to characterize the role of 20/EcR in negative regulation of genes during vitellogenesis, identify EcR binding sites and detection of direct targets of EcR, map the chromatin states of juvenile hormone target genes, and identify direct targets of Methoprene tolerant.
