This task can be broken down into the following technical objectives: 1. Provide technical support for maintenance and troubleshooting of the El Paso MPO Transportation Improvement Plan (TIP) database and web application, electronic Project Request Form (PRF), and the Multimodal Web Tool (MWT). Developers shall be made available to provide necessary updates, debugging and servicing, as required, to maintain and enhance the web applications developed for the use of MPO personnel. The developers will be available to fix bugs and to provide modifications to the User Interface (UI) and backend code to improve user experience (UX) at the direction of the MPO personnel. 2. Technical support will be provided to manage accounts and access to web tools, to provide support consisting of data entry and to diagnose problems to ensure the best user experience (UX) of the developed web applications. Likewise, this item provides technical support in terms of data and code backup on a weekly basis, maintenance of structure of rights for accounts, shapefiles upload to update performance measures and migration of pending data to the TIP Web Application as deemed required by the El Paso MPO (e.g., migrating historical TIP-Access Data and associated data to the TIP Web Application). 3. Facilitate off-site technical support and as-needed expert advice through online, weekly meetings with MPO staff to discuss needed updates, bug reporting and data upload based on sponsor feedback as addressed by the work items.
