For this project, a flow cytometric sorter will be acquired and housed in the Cytometry, Screening and Imaging Core Facility at UTEP. The sorter will allow for both multiparametric analysis and high speed sorting of multiple cell populations into as few as a single cell per well. The 10 color parameters detected by the sorter will elevate UTEP's Core Facility with national research intensive universities.
