Research examining language entrainment, the process through which individuals adapt their speech patterns during communication, brings together theoretical and experimental expertise to advance understanding of spoken interaction. The study involves collaborative research design, acoustic analysis, and interpretation of speech data, with data collection and acoustic analyses conducted at Utah State University. Findings will contribute to scholarly understanding of language entrainment through conference presentations and peer-reviewed publications.
