In collaboration with El Paso Water - Public Service Board, UTEP is responsible for developing and managing Rio Bosque Wetlands Park as a public park and recreational facility to include restoration of native river-valley ecosystems, monitoring of environmental conditions and animal populations, maintenance of trails, and outreach.
