Aliviane, Inc. and a multisector consortium of community partners will develop a plan to support the treatment for and prevention of substance use disorder to include opioid use disorder in the low access and high risk rural counties of Hudspeth, Culberson, Presidio, Brewster and Jeff Davies located along the southwestern US-Mexico border region of Texas.
