The research will provide recommendations and optimal solutions for future-state IT Infrastructure that stems logically from needs assessment, benchmarking, and analysis of alternatives. The recommendation should also eliminate or reduce the requirement for system transactions which are believed to be unsustainable at full ramp rate.
