Ongoing technical support ensures the continued operation and reliability of the El Paso Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) Transportation Improvement Plan and the electronic Project Request Form web tools. This work focuses on maintaining functionality through targeted updates to web applications, improvements in browser compatibility, security patching, and necessary system modifications. Support activities enable MPO staff to make timely adjustments to the graphical user interface and underlying functions, ensuring that the tools remain responsive to planning needs and evolving technology standards. By sustaining these platforms, the project preserves a critical digital infrastructure used for metropolitan transportation planning, project tracking, and data management, supporting efficient coordination, transparency, and long-term planning across the region.
