During the subcontract period, the project titled "Texas Policy Evaluation Project" will be led by Dr. Ophra Leyser-Whalen who will oversee analyses and the writing of manuscripts derived from in-depth interviews and will contribute to the design of other research projects, specifically projects taking place in the border areas of the state.
