With support from the Marsh Foundation, Dr. Kirken's team continues to make significant advances in the fight against cancer through partnerships with El Paso oncologists by promoting "personalized medicine" for some of the most difficult cancers plaguing El Paso's children. His team will continue developing small molecule drugs for their potential effectiveness in cancers of the blood, as well as solid tumors.
