Partnering with two community-based organizations, this research project adapts, implements, and tests the effectiveness of a multilevel community-based HIV risk reduction behavioral intervention (Project Encuentro) to increase HIV testing and reduce sexual and injection and non-injection risk behaviors in drug users.
