The proposed post-doctoral training program entitled "Vulnerability Issues In Drug Abuse: Career And Research Trans-disciplinary Training Program (VIDA: CARTT)" is intended to provide a comprehensive diversity training program for 4 post-doctoral fellows from diverse backgrounds. We will have 2 fellows in Years 1-2 and 2 additional fellows in Years 3-4. The goal of our program will be to increase diversity in the workforce with early career scientists that come out of UTEP.
