The project will translate, in a culturally-appropriate manner, an existing online training program into a relevant and culturally-appropriate Spanish-language program. Specifically, the WayToServe (waytoserve.org) website trains servers and bartenders how to provide customers with responsible alcohol service. Dr. Pérez (PI) and Dr. Areli Chacón Silva (Co-PI) will use focus-groups and identify businesses with Spanish-speaking servers and clients to measure its effectiveness.
